Chris Mauro is a skilled writer and oral advocate whose creative yet practical approach to cases consistently delivers optimal results for clients.

He is focused on helping insurers and reinsurers resolve disputes involving coverage liability, policy exclusions, and bad faith claims, and his experience spans a broad range of subject matters including complex commercial disputes, securities class actions, and government investigations and enforcement actions.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arianna J. Freeman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2022 – 2023) and the Honorable C. Darnell Jones, II of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2019 – 2022). He also practiced as a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office of a global law firm. During law school, Chris served as a Legal Policy Honors Intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of the General Counsel in Washington, D.C.
