Ronald P. Schiller, head of the Insurance Coverage Practice, recently argued an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in the matter of Millennium Laboratories Inc. v. Darwin Select Insurance Co.
Schiller and his team represent Darwin Insurance, urging the Ninth Circuit to reverse a judgment in favor of Millennium Laboratories Inc. in a coverage battle over two suits, because the underlying actions didn’t allege covered disparagement claims and coverage was barred by a policy exclusion anyway.
On January 11, 2017, Ron argued the appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
