Hangley Aronchick Shareholders Jack Kenney and Michele Sacks Fenkel recently advised Genex Services, LLC. on its acquisition of PRIUM from Ameritox. Genex, a leader in medical cost containment and disability management services, acquired PRIUM is an Atlanta-based provider of Comprehensive Chronic Pain Intervention programs and Utilization Review services.
Founded in 1987, PRIUM provides Chronic Pain Intervention programs through its Utilization Review, Medication Oversight, and TaperRx services to employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.
