Former United States Representative Lee Zeldin was recently nominated by President-elect Donald Trump as the next Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administrator. Following the announcement, shareholder Steven Miano spoke with Bloomberg Law about the anticipated changes to environmental regulations under this new leadership. 

Steve stated, “Given his lack of history on most environmental issues and his clear allegiance to the new administration, I anticipate he will move forward to revise the WOTUS regulations to curtail jurisdiction further.”
