Shareholder Rebecca Nayak will lead a panel discussion on “Securing Your Family in Uncertain Times” for Philadelphia Family Pride on December 4, 2024. The webinar is designed for LGBTQ+ individuals and families concerned about how they can protect themselves and their families in uncertain times. The conversation will cover topics including various protections for marriage, relationships, family and parentage, identity documentation, name changes, fertility care and estate planning. Panelists will also discuss parentage legislation in Pennsylvania and best ways to support the Pennsylvania Parentage coalition. Attendees are invited to bring their questions or concerns for the speakers.
Rebecca will be joined by Shannon Minter, Legal Director of NCLR; Polly Crozier, Director of Family Advocacy of GLAD; and Thomas Ude, Legal Director of Mazzoni Center.
