Shareholder Jerry Shoemaker moderated a panel at the 2023 ABA Section of Family Law Spring CLE Conference on April 21. “Finding Hidden Income and Assets” offered practical guidance for family law attorneys looking for undisclosed income and assets. Panelists Missy DeArk of Dean Dorton, Lyne Ranson of Lyne Ranson Law Offices, and Philip Segal of Charles Griffin Intelligence highlighted key public records that are available and often free, as well as harder to find documents such as tax returns and business documents. They also discussed the value of forensic investigators and databases.
