Helen Casale spoke with Above the Law about the Pennsylvania Superior Court’s decision in Junior v. Glover, a case where she co-authored an amicus brief on behalf of the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML). Kyle Victor also assisted with the brief. In the article, “Pennsylvania Appellate Court Issues Important Win For Parents Using Assisted Reproduction,” Helen highlighted the possible implications that the appeal to the state court could have for same-sex couples and other couples who use fertility treatments to expand their families.
