The 2020 general election raised numerous noteworthy legal issues, and Hangley Aronchick attorneys were involved in many important matters in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. On August 18, 2021, the firm will present a CLE program entitled, “Pennsylvania Election Litigation: Lessons from 2020.” In this program, Michele Hangley, Rob Wiygul, and John Hill, all attorneys who represented Pennsylvania governmental clients in election litigation last year, will provide an overview of the factors leading to the large number of election-related lawsuits in 2020. They will also discuss some of the most noteworthy cases and analyze some of the election-law disputes likely to arise in the near future.

This program will be presented virtually and is free to attend. It is pending approval for 1.0 substantive Pennsylvania CLE credit. For more information or to register to attend, please email marketingdept@hangley.com.
