Steve Miano, chair of the firm’s environmental practice, spoke at Pennsylvania’s Annual Environmental Law Forum on April 5, 2017, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Steve spoke on, and moderated, the Water Update Panel. The panel provided an overview of the most significant and latest legal issues, regulatory developments, policy changes, and cases involving the federal Clean Water Act and the Pennsylvania Clean Streams Law over the last year. The panel included lawyers from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and a prominent Pennsylvania non-governmental organization.
