Mark Aronchick will be a panelist for “Title VI of Civil Rights Act, Identity Based Discrimination” on September 25, 2024. The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey’s Legal Professional Networking Group and the Jewish Bar Association of New Jersey are hosting the one-hour CLE program. Speakers will explore antisemitism on college campuses, and will review case law and current cases, including the complaint filed over alleged antisemitic incidents in the School District of Philadelphia.
