Our Litigation Department was recognized in the General Litigation category, an award that honors the best litigation practice in a small or mid-sized firm in the entire state and is based on the firm’s 2020 litigation work, as well as important ongoing matters.
According to the Legal Intelligencer, the firm was honored for
…[leading] pivotal litigation over Pennsylvania’s crucial 2020 election, handling disputes before, during and after what became one of the most contentious elections in our lifetime, and handling first impression insurance issues, multi-million dollar judgments and overturning a wrongful conviction along the way.
