Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller announced today that Jason Levine has been elected to its Board of Directors.
Jason is a commercial litigator with a focus on, and extensive experience with, disputes among and between co-venturers, shareholders, partners, and other principals. Jason has been actively involved with the business of the firm since he joined it ten years ago. He chairs the firm’s Business Development and Marketing Committee and has co-chaired the Lateral Shareholder Hiring and Strategic Planning Committees.
Re-elected to two-year terms on the Board are Bonnie Hoffman, a litigator with a growing and diverse commercial practice that includes a focus on education law and insurance coverage; Ronald Schiller, who is the Chair of the firm and who also heads the firm’s Insurance Coverage Group; and David Pudlin, a tax and estate planning specialist who has served as the firm’s President and CEO since its founding.
Continuing to serve on the Board are incumbents Mark Aronchick, John Summers, Cheryl Young, and David Scolnic.
