Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller has once again received a high ranking from US News & World Report’s and Best Lawyers’ Best Law Firms 2012 rankings.
Nationally, Hangley Aronchick was named a Tier 3 firm for General Commercial Litigation, higher than many large, international firms. In Philadelphia, the firm was ranked in Tier 1 for Commercial Litigation, Education Law, Environmental Law,Family Law, Insurance Law, and Bankruptcy Litigation. In addition, the Antitrust,Bankruptcy & Creditor-Debtor Rights, Environmental Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Media & First Amendment Law, and Real Estate Law practices were recognized as Tier 2 in Philadelphia. The Tax and Estates practice was named to Tier 3 in Philadelphia.
These rankings were determined by client and lawyer surveys, as well as each firm’s recent transactional and litigation work, pro bono commitment, and diversity. Clients and attorneys voted on the skills, responsiveness, cost-effectiveness, integrity, and civility of the firms, as well as the likelihood of their giving a firm a referral. Attorneys were also asked if they considered a firm a worthy competitor.
