On April 9, Pete was a panelist for “Around the World of the EHB in 80 (or 90) Minutes,” a discussion examining the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB). Steve moderated “Water Law Update” on day two of the forum, leading a conversation about the considerable changes to water law in the last year.
