Morgan Palmiter represents clients in complex commercial disputes. She works on actions involving insurance, construction, product liability, real estate and white-collar issues, among others.

Morgan researches and analyzes legal and business issues for businesses in a range of industries. A skilled writer, she drafts and files dispositive motions, discovery motions, and pleadings. Her work also includes drafting contracts and agreements essential for clients’ long-term plans, including tolling agreements, internal policies and contracts.

She has served as first-chair in a toxic tort mediation and understands the mechanisms of resolving a dispute in ways outside the courtroom. Should a matter proceed to trial, however, Morgan draws on her experience with all aspects of trial preparation to help the team move forward.

While in law school, Morgan interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia’s criminal division, where she assisted with trial preparation, analyzed documentary evidence, and researched evidence admissibility.
