Family Law chair Cheryl Young will be a speaker on the AAML’s panel entitled “Custody on the Cusp: Contemporary Challenges in Pennsylvania” at the PBA Family Law Section Summer Meeting on July 11, 2024. Panelists will tackle some of the key legal custody issues relating to gender identity and divvying up medical, educational and religious decisions between parties. The experienced family law practitioners will also highlight some recent court cases addressing assisted reproductive technology and the disposition of frozen embryos.
