We have been flexible and creative in integrating our new colleagues into our firm and its culture. Earlier in the pandemic, our welcome lunches and regular practice group meetings transitioned to Zoom, we hosted regular trivia nights for our entire firm and their families on Zoom (the bar was high thanks to our resident Jeopardy! champion, Tom Brown), we shared a virtual wine and cheese tasting, and enjoyed other special events. We continue to gather and learn from each other virtually and in-person for firm meetings, lunches, happy hours, and events for non-profit organizations that our colleagues and the firm support.
